压力水溶液中煤体湿润性能的试验与研究

摘要:

煤层注水能有效降低煤炭开采过程中产生的粉尘量,提高煤体吸水性能对提高除尘效率具有重要意义。本次研究通过自行设计制作的注水模拟装置,对不同煤样、不同水压、不同表面活性剂进行试验,从而得到不同煤样的吸水方向性和注水压力参数以及能有效提高煤体湿润性能的表面活性剂配方。

Abstract:

Coal seam water infusion can effectively reduce dust exposure during coal mining, so it is important to improve the water absorption capacity of coal for raising dust removal efficiency. Water injection simulator was designed and made in this study and the experiment was carried out on different coal samples, different water pressures and different surfactants to get the direction of coal water absorption and pressure parameters. It is proved that the formulation of surfactant can effectively improve the wetting properties of coal.
